Before Model Climate, Scott was President of Munters Global Air Treatment Business Area  from Aug 2014 – Feb 2019. In this role he was responsible for 3.6B SEK in NS and the Leadership of 30+ Business Units around the World. He was VP Sales Marketing & Services Americas 2009 – 2014.  He received numerous Sales and Leadership awards during his 25 years with Munters. Scott is recognized as an outstanding Operational Leader who can communicate effectively and “get things done” all through the water column from Customer to the CEO. Scott’s philosophy is to assemble a collaborative team up front on projects which has lead to the development of many long term partnerships. The customer comes first with Scott while still ensuring a win/win with the Suppliers ModelClimate represents.  

Rich Gedies

Sales Consultant

Rich has over 30 years of experience in business development and account management for companies including Verizon Corp. and as a Northeast Sales Representative for Munters.  He is a multiple leadership club winner for sales and superior customer service. Current responsibilities for Model Climate include assessment of industrial applications, utilizing the Munters selection software to design integrated units to meet required conditions, following new orders from fabrication to delivery and start-up  to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Dick Alper

Sales Engineer

Dick’s experience spans several decades applying large scale and small scale industrial dehumidification systems for a wide variety of applications including ultra-low humidity applications for lithium battery research and production, food processing, pharmaceutical and biotech production, and many other manufacturing and water treatment applications.  The design of application solutions is based on creating a model of the application load and then creating a climate system of appropriate capacity to satisfy the load.
